Relax on a bus on Canada Day

Relax on a bus on Canada Day

Free Saskatoon Transit service after fireworks.

SASKATOON — Avoid the hassle of traffic and parking and connect the first to the last mile with Saskatoon Transit for Canada Day celebrations downtown.

Saskatoon Transit will operate regular holiday schedules until 9:00 PM on July 1 (normal fares apply).

After the fireworks, free buses depart from locations on either side of the river: 3rd Avenue northbound/north of 19th Street; and Broadway Avenue southbound/south of 12th Street. View the Canada Day 2024 special event bus map.

All Access Transit pick-ups and drop-offs for the event will be at the temporary stop on 2nd Avenue, just north of the Alt Hotel. Access Transit will operate until 11pm for customers. As per normal booking procedures, travel must be pre-booked and season tickets do not apply on public holidays.

Plan your trip before you head out using real-time apps like Transit or Google Maps Transit.
