TC Energy: Q2 Earnings Review

CALGARY, Alberta — CALGARY, Alberta — TC Energy Corporation (TRP) on Thursday reported second-quarter net income of $723.6 million.

On a per-share basis, the Calgary, Alberta-based company said it had net income of 68 cents. Earnings, adjusted for nonrecurring expenses, were 69 cents per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of eight analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 65 cents per share.
