Man seriously injured after shooting at Exhibition Place site in Toronto

A man was taken to a Toronto hospital in serious but non-life-threatening condition following a shooting at the Exhibition Place site Saturday night.

Emergency services were dispatched to the area of ​​Dufferin Street/British Columbia Road and Saskatchewan Road, north of Lake Shore Boulevard West, around 7:30 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting.

A spokesperson for Toronto Paramedics told CityNews the victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

A Toronto police spokesperson said Saturday night that it was not yet clear where exactly the shooting took place.

Agents said Detectives from the 14 Division are searching for two male suspects.

One of the suspects was described as having long, dark hair and was last seen wearing a Nike bag, a brown shirt and black shorts. The second suspect was last seen wearing a white bandana and a tan shirt.
