2 suspects wanted for man shot in Toronto’s West End

Toronto police are searching for two suspects after a man was shot in West Toronto on Saturday night.

Emergency services responded to Saskatchewan Road and Dufferin Street, south of the Gardiner Expressway, at 7:45 p.m. for reports of a shooting.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man in his twenties with a gunshot wound.

Toronto emergency responders told CP24 they took the victim to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

According to the police, one of the suspects is a brown man with long dark hair, dressed in a brown shirt and black shorts and carrying a ‘Nike’ bag.

The other suspect was last seen wearing a white bandana and a tan shirt, police said.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting are under investigation.
