Social media influencer Kate Gabrielle sells entirely pink house in Hamilton

Social media influencer Kate Gabrielle sells entirely pink house in Hamilton

If you look at social media influencer Kate Gabrielle’s Instagram page, all you see is pink, pink, pink.

It turns out the bag designer and illustrator with 121,000 followers has lived that way in Hamilton her entire life.

Now her three-bedroom home at 835 Hughes Dr. in the Mercer County town is for sale for $500,000,

And everything is pink, including the bathroom sink, the kitchen cabinets and the wallpaper, in all its girly glory.

“The style of the home reflects who Gabrielle really is as a person,” said Amy McGrath, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Premier who represented Gabrielle in the sale.

Sadly, Gabrielle must now say goodbye to her real work of art.

According to McGrath, Gabrielle’s cup holder bags, which went viral on her website and sell for $55-$57, have been “counterfeited” by other companies and she has lost a significant amount of income as a result.

“She’s lost a significant amount of income and that’s the main reason she’s selling,” McGrath said. “She’s devastated that she’s put all that time and effort and attention into her home and now she has to let it go.”

When McGrath sold the house to Gabrielle in 2022, it was still the same style as when it was built in 1977, McGrath said.

This 1,700-square-foot pink paradise features a walk-in closet filled with Gabrielle’s pink clothes, a private cinema with purple curtains and vintage carpet, rainbow-hued staircases, and a basement arcade with pinball machines and movie posters.

Since the home went on the market on July 15, McGrath said there has been “a ton of interest” and that the home has been shown 30-40 times. It was also featured on Zillow Gone Wild on Instagram, which has 1.9 million followers.

McGrath said she expects to receive offers in the coming days. The house has already received an offer of $400,000 cash, which included everything.

“People want to buy her furniture and clothes too,” Gabrielle said. “She’s open to it.”

But as expected, not all potential buyers want to spend their lives in pink dresses.

“Some potential buyers want to keep it exactly as it is, while others have a hard time seeing beyond that,” McGrath said.
