For some reason, houses are coming up for sale less often in certain neighborhoods.

One of those neighborhoods is Royalwood.

If you drive quietly through the neighborhood, you will see why the residents like living there so much.

Mature trees line the streets and surround the houses, giving the area a rural feel. This feel is enhanced by the neighbourhood’s proximity to the Bois-des-Esprits, a 117-hectare urban forest.
