Regional police looking for male suspect who allegedly hit female victim on the head


Waterloo Regional Police are urgently searching for a suspect they say struck a female victim in the head in Kitchener.

According to them, it happened on Tuesday evening around 7:15 p.m., when the victim was walking near Victoria Street South and Belmont Avenue.

According to police, the woman was beaten by an unknown man, but she was not physically injured.

There is no description of the suspect available yet, the police are trying to identify him.

Police have not released any further information.
