  • The University of Manitoba is seeking an Experiential Learning & Industry Liaison – Administrative Assistant 2 (AESES). The deadline is July 11.
  • The University of Manitoba is seeking a Career Advisor – Administrative Assistant 2. The deadline is 21 July.
  • Red Fern Farm Services is hiring for several positions in Virden, MB including Site Supervisor. Positions open until filled.
  • Seymour Pacific Developments Construction Management is seeking a Design Coordinator (72347)** in Winnipeg. The deadline is July 18th.
  • The Government of Manitoba is seeking an Indigenous Traditional Ceremony Provider (42053) at 4 locations in Manitoba. The deadline is July 11. They are also looking for a Data Warehouse Analyst (43001) in Winnipeg. The deadline is 14th of July.

  • Filmore Riley LLP is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant and a Litigation Legal Assistant in Winnipeg.
  • The Canadian government is seeking a Financial Policy Officer at the National Research Council Canada office.

  • Mosaic is hiring for the Mining the Future Indigenous Students Program (52439) in Regina, SK. They are looking for students in engineering, trades, business and more, in various locations across Saskatchewan. The school year runs from September 9 to December 20.

Career fairs, information sessions, and conferences provide an excellent way to learn more about your field, network, and explore opportunities available. Employers visit career fairs and trade show booths to inform students about future opportunities and to seek out talented students/graduates for current positions. Check out these upcoming events!

  • Falling Walls Lab takes place on September 11. It is a global pitch competition that unites students and professionals with groundbreaking ideas. This event supports innovation and communication skills and promotes collaboration and sustainability. Academic institutions around the world host these labs, giving participants three minutes to present solutions to pressing challenges. Applications must be submitted July 15th.
  • Eco Canada’s Virtual Career Fair is Back September 18th. Register today!
  • The #Standwithowners competition is back, offering a $200,000 prize to a business owner with 0-100 employees. Deadline for entries is September 4th.
  • This year CITTS is organizing RENDEZ-VOUS in Saskatoon from August 14-17. The conference is intended for both beginning and experienced industry professionals. Students can register for $50.
  • Mark your calendars! The U of M will host the annual ASE Career Fair at the UMSU University Centre on October 9th. More details will follow in August.
  • Are you a scientist, decision maker, researcher or practitioner interested in sustainable futures and innovation in digital transformation? The 2nd International Conference on Advancing Sustainable Futures (ICASF 2024) will be held in Abu Dhabi. Academics, practitioners and research students are invited to submit working and full papers. Virtual presentations are also welcome! Deadline for submissions is July 15, And September 15th.
